If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from us, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on our website with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
Instructions
If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the pre-paid free return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return.
You may track your return using the tracking number from the pre-paid label.
Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
If return form is included in your shipment, please complete the form by indicating the items being returned and the reason for each returned item.
